These Terms and Conditions govern your use of UGC Studio (the "Service"), operated by Realtime Comms Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

UGC Studio provides AI-powered video and image generation tools. The Service allows users to create content using various AI models including but not limited to Veo, Sora, Seedance, and Kling.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when generating content.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
• If content generation fails due to technical errors or content filtering, credits will be automatically refunded to your account.
• Prices are in USD and may be subject to change with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create deepfakes or misleading content featuring real individuals without consent
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to bypass content safety filters
• Resell or redistribute generated content as an AI service

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, subject to the underlying AI model providers' terms. You grant us a license to process your inputs for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Content Moderation

AI-generated content is subject to safety filters. Content may be blocked if it violates content policies. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that repeatedly attempt to generate prohibited content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realtime Comms Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
